This new addition of a single storey home at the back of the main property was no larger than an apartment, yet it retained the feel and the excitement of a house. It managed a high degree of flexibility of spaces combining well with external open areas but also with privacy and seclusion. The simplicity of shapes and softness of finishes combined well resulting in a contemporary and restrained but homely and warm place to be.
